1. Services

Akkala Technologies ("Akkala", "we", "us") provides custom software development services including websites, web applications, mobile applications, and AI integrations. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Project scope and estimates

Estimates generated via our AI chat are indicative. Final scope and pricing are confirmed on a discovery call and documented in a project agreement before work begins. Most projects land within 15% of the initial estimate.

3. Payment terms

An advance of 15% (capped at Rs 20,000) is required to start work. The balance is due on final delivery after client approval. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun on the relevant phase, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All code, designs, and assets created for your project become your property upon receipt of full payment. We retain no licensing rights. You may use, modify, or transfer the deliverables freely.

5. Timeline and delays

We commit to the timeline agreed in the project document. If we cause a delay, we offer a proportional discount on the balance. If delays are caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, scope changes), the timeline adjusts accordingly with written notice.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide content, branding assets, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Unreasonable delays from the client side may affect timelines and fall outside our delivery commitment.

7. Limitation of liability

Akkala's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered software.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
