Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you use our AI chat, contact form, or payment flow, we collect: name, email address, phone number, and the details of your project as described in the conversation. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics.

For visitor analytics we additionally store: your approximate location derived from your IP address (city / region / country) via a third-party geo-IP lookup, the website or campaign that referred you (including any UTM tags on the URL), and an anonymous browser identifier that helps us recognise the same browser across visits. This data is admin-only and is used to understand where our traffic comes from and to give you a continuous chat experience across sessions.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to: scope and deliver your project, generate GST invoices, send project updates via email and WhatsApp, and improve our AI estimator. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage

All data is stored on AWS servers in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls.

4. Third-party services

We use Razorpay for payment processing (see Razorpay's privacy policy), Resend for transactional emails, and AWS S3 for file storage. Your project conversations may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses; this data is subject to Anthropic's data usage policy.

5. Your rights
